The deuce coupe is unique for a sit-on-top tandem kayak. It has a deployable skeg that aids with the kayaks tracking when paddled on flat water.
With the skeg retracted back into its up position, the deuce coupe can be steered from both the stern and solo seating positions.
When the skeg is extended out into it's down position, the liquid logic deuce coupe is able to track straight for paddling the flat water lakes or rivers.
The deuce coupe is also a great family kayak, due to its ability to seat three with its positional layout, and its large storage area for your gear.

Great features of the deuce coupe are:-

(1) Molded in foot rests allow for more comfortable seating for different leg length paddlers.

(2) It has a deployable skeg to aid with tracking on flat water, and the skeg controls are positioned so that they are able to be retracted and extended from both the stern and solo seating positions when paddling.
